4 years on from my own burnout and I have learned a LOT
I know how exactly what’s required to overcome and avoid unhealthy stress, overwhelm and burnout and feel good - and now it’s time for me to share it with YOU
When you experience the feeling of being overwhelmed or burnt out - you’ve already gone through cellular overwhelm and nervous system overwhelm.
And you have to tend to the cellular and nervous system pieces if you want to resolve what’s there.
Doing the mindset around it and learning how to put in boundaries and take care of yourself (yoga, meditation, diet etc) are all an important piece of the puzzle.
But they are only a piece - and they are usually the only piece getting any attention - which makes the whole process inefficient and often ineffective.
In 2018 (when I hit burnout), I promised myself I was doing everything I needed to, so I never felt that bad again. Turns out there was quite a lot to do!
I now understand what burnout and overwhelm is and I know the steps required to deal with it (whatever stage you are in - prevention or management/resolution).
And it’s time to pass it on - in a way you can understand, implement and digest - so you never feel that way either, or if you do, you have the tools to do something about it.
I won’t “fix” your burnout in a 2 hour class - no one can do that and you should avoid anything that that says otherwise - the cellular and nervous system pieces take some time to heal.
But I will give you what you need to take better care of yourself at a cellular, nervous system and emotional level and you will have access to the class indefinitely so you can keep revisiting the materials until the tools and practices become second nature.
