Why is this work important?
You have an amazing looking life, but it’s not feeling the way you want it to.
You know something needs to change.
But have no idea what to do or how to get started.
You feel stuck and whatever you try, that doesn’t change.
Whilst we all want a quick fix, I believe that addressing the impact of your earliest years is the best place to start.

Why?
When we are young we develop our rulebook. This establishes the conscious and unconscious standards by which we live our lives (and expect others to).
And we make decisions about who we need to be that drive who we become.
We often aren’t aware of what they are, but they impact EVERYTHING and drive behaviours like perfectionism, people pleasing and undesirable outbursts of rage.
One example of a common rule is that having money is the most important thing.
A decision that often flows from that is; "I must get a job that pays a lot".
And the impact may be that you are in a well paid job that doesn’t really suit you - so although you met your rules, you feel lost and miserable.
Until you realise the rules and agreements (and do the work to heal the impact of those in how you think, act and respond), you won’t be able to do anything that goes against them because they are encoded into your system as a survival pattern that is perceived to be as vital as the breath you take.
(This is why it feels impossible to make a change, even though you are desperate to).
You have to move through and unwind the unhelpful stuff IN YOUR BODY (mindset just isn’t sufficient) that’s driving you in order to create a space for whatever it is that’s going to give you the peace and purpose that you crave.
And if you skip that first step - it doesn’t matter what changes you make - the patterns will still be there and you will wind up feeling the same.
What I want for you is lasting change and transformation.
And to do that, we look backwards so you can move forward in a healthier way.
It’s the only way to do it effectively.

This small group, live (via zoom) coaching program will help you rediscover who YOU are, what you want and give you tools to live your life free of the patterns that have been weighing you down.
The next group starts later in 2023.
The Format

Every month we will focus on one topic and dive into it via a mix of coaching, teaching and a space for any questions.
A private Facebook group will also allow you to interact with the group and receive support between sessions.
There will also be a week for integration to allow you to rest and review that month’s materials.
Calls will be 60-90 minutes and will be arranged to accommodate the different time zones involved (likely early afternoon for the U.K. and mornings for the US).
The curriculum:

Month 1
As well as exploring WHY this work is important and addressing anything you need to feel safe to do it, in month 1, we start by equipping you with the tools to prepare your system for this work - to help you regulate your nervous system and resource yourself to ALLOW change to take place.
We will cover understanding and managing overwhelm as part of this phase - a skill that will fundamentally alter how you experience your day to day.

Months 2 and 3
In months 2&3 we will look at the development needs of a child, attachment styles and codependency. We will also consider the potential impact of your childhood, family system and any adverse childhood experiences.
We do this so you can understand the ongoing impact of things that happened a long time ago, why it’s so important to address AND (where desired) how to resolve them now.

Month 4
In month 4 we consider the roles, rules and responsibilities you took on from a young age.
And the conscious and unconscious bargains you made with others that shaped all of your decisions.
You will identify areas that you want to change and be supported to do so in a way that feels doable for your system.
There will be a particular focus on money and how that shows up for you during this month!

Month 5
In month 5 we will deep dive into how common patterns including people pleasing, perfectionism, addiction and an inability to switch off actually happen.
You will be supported via nervous system regulation, healing and mindset work to create an environment for yourself where those patterns are no longer needed.
Get ready to feel more free than you ever have!

Months 6 - 9
Months 6 to 9 will focus on moving forward, changing the patterns and creating a life that feels the way you want it to (with a felt sense of safety IN YOUR BODY)
We will look at how you actually move through what is holding you back to create lasting, impactful change
Including:
- Knowing and being able to ask for your needs to be met
- Putting you first
- Knowing you matter
- Relationship with money
- Valuing yourself and your work
- How you interact with others: friends, family, clients and colleagues
- Having challenging conversations
- Being able to express anger and engage in conflict in a healthy way
- How to continue to do this work (including a step by step guide)
Your 9-month journey will also be supported by several guests who will share their expertise to enhance your understanding and facilitate access to deeper healing.
You will experience the power of transformational breath work (an amazing healing practice that will open you up to release deep emotional blockages) and have experts in the fields of attachment and family systems come and share their wisdom with you.
This truly is a holistic mind & body based program (not that the two have ever been separate) - and will be unlike anything you have experienced before.

“You provided so many ways for us to interact with and understand the material. My favorite part of doing this work was realising that a little goes a long way. Bringing in small techniques make a massive difference for me. I actually didn’t have to do a lot of work, or do anything that hard, to create a big shift in my life.
I hear a lot about “processing emotions” and “creating safety” and I learned exactly how to do this. I had a number of emotion-processing experiences throughout the program that felt like such a relief and offered me so much unexpected insight into my personal values, healing on past experiences, and direction for decisions I was wavering on.
My mom passed away unexpectedly during the group program. I had the resources to process the grief of losing her without being able to say goodbye, as well as deal with some related family drama in the way that *I* wanted to, not what I felt like I “should” do. I felt present to myself and my needs during my mom’s passing, and afterwards with the estate planning and funeral.
Professionally, I’ve been able to set a lot of boundaries for myself and feel 0% guilt about it. I’ve never put myself first at work before, but I’ve seen how it’s made me a better manager and colleague. I don’t work extra hours now, but surprisingly (to me) I’ve received so much more feedback about how much value I add to the team. I now have a hard time relating to my colleagues who are “super busy” and “so stressed”.
