There are many spaces that teach coaching skills.
There are also trainings that focus on trauma, somatic work or spiritual development.
What is rare is an experiential learning environment that integrates these modalities into a single coherent methodology, that practitioners embody and feel equipped, empowered and supported to make their own.
The Embodied Transformation Method™ and the associated Certification incorporates a blend of modalities designed to equip practitioners to facilitate embodied, lasting change at a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level, whilst also deepening their own understanding and embodiment of the work. Â
Join us live on Zoom on Wednesday 16 & Thursday 17 September 2026 for a series of free taster sessions to immerse yourself in the magic of The Embodied Transformation Method™.Â
This is also your opportunity to meet The Holistic Awakening School™ faculty and current students and get your Certification questions answered.
Why The Embodied Transformation Method™ Exists
Most personal development spaces focus on awareness, thought work and mindset.
Helping people think differently.
Helping them see new perspectives.
Helping them understand themselves better.
But understanding alone doesn’t necessarily change behaviour or how a person FEELS and experiences their day to day.
People can understand exactly what their patterns are and still find themselves repeating them (much to their frustration).
Why?
Because transformation is not just cognitive.
It involves the nervous system, the body, the emotional capacity to be with anything and accessing the deeper intelligence each human carries WITHIN.
Without integration on all those levels, change remains fragile (if it takes place at all) and often leaves people intellectually understanding the theory, rather than it being something they truly live.
True safety is created when your work supports someone to reconnect with their own body, wisdom and internal authority.
When you can facilitate that internal felt sense of safety in another, something powerful shifts for YOU as well as them: Transformation stops being something you are trying to produce and becomes something the client begins to naturally embody. (It’s a win-win)
Over the past several years, hundreds of thousands of pounds and thousands of hours of coaching, training and working on myself, I’ve identified the elements that truly support deep change (and those that do not).
It’s not just mindset. Or nervous system work. Or spiritual or strategic or practical or magical.
It’s a holistic approach to embodied transformation that allows people to reconnect with their own internal guidance and this is what we will be exploring during the Open Days.
This work weaves together:
- Embodied awareness
- Inner council integration (shadow, subconscious, part work)
- Somatic alchemy (nervous system flexibility, resolution of stuck stress cycles in the body)
- Personal rhythms, dreams and cycles
- The inner wisdom each person carries
When these elements are incorporated, something magical happens: Clients stop looking outside themselves for answers, begin trusting their own inner knowing and transformation becomes something that seamlessly integrates into their daily life.
What to Expect from Our Open Days
You know that feeling of walking onto a university campus for the first time: half excited, mostly curious and keen to see if this feels like a place you could call home for the next 8 months?
That is what we are recreating here, online, minus the lanyard, the slightly stale sandwich, and the frantic search for the right lecture hall.
Plus, the professors have done their own shadow work, the syllabus includes the nervous system and the soul, and the feel is more like Hogwarts and DisneyLand had a baby and there is magic around every corner (in the best way).

Meet Your Faculty & Students
Meet Lucy Maeve,
Head of Faculty
Lucy brings a rare blend of a science and investment banking background with deep spiritual and somatic training, including compassionate inquiry with Gabor Mate and relationship and intimacy work with Layla Martin. She supports students in our monthly practice sessions, and she is a true example of the embodiment of this work. Come meet her properly on Day 2.
Meet Current Students
Hear directly from students already inside the Certification, including voices like Olga (senior City lawyer turned yoga and women's health practitioner), Michael (executive coach to biotech CEOs, joining from Switzerland) and Kim (neuroscience and nervous system specialist and life coach, joining from the US). Expect their honest opinion on the training, the community and what has shifted for them during their experience so far.

Learn the Method, Live
Everything taught at The Holistic Awakening School™ sits inside one method, built from three core Practices:
- Integrating the Inner Council: shadow, inner child and protective parts work
- Somatic Alchemy: nervous system, trauma and embodiment work
- Remembering the Language of the Soul: dreams, cycles, nature and ancient wisdom traditions
Together, these three Practices move students through the Six Initiations of Embodied Transformation, the full training ground for becoming an Embodied Transformation Practitioner.
